At Top Shelf Galore, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review the following policy.
All sales are final unless the product is defective or damaged upon delivery. Claims for defective or damaged items must be made within 7 days of receiving the product. Proof of the defect or damage (such as photos) may be required.
Once a valid claim is approved, a replacement will be provided or a refund will be issued. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take up to 7–10 business days to appear in your account.
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind or incorrect size/color selection.
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with the effective date.
